1. Are your devices original and fully tested?

Yes. Every device we sell is 100% original and goes through a detailed testing and grading process to ensure proper functionality, battery health, and cosmetic condition.

2. What does “refurbished” or “graded” mean?

Refurbished / graded devices have been professionally inspected, tested, and cleaned. They may show light cosmetic signs of use depending on the grade, but they work perfectly and are fully functional.

3. Do your devices come with a warranty?

Yes. All devices include a warranty (length depends on your region or purchase type). If anything goes wrong during the warranty period, you can contact us for support or replacement.

4. How long does shipping take?

We provide fast EU logistics. Most orders ship within 24–48 hours and arrive within 2–5 business days depending on your location.

5. Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

6. What grades do you offer?

We typically offer:
